2016 AXIS Seminar Weekend

In January, AXIS Neuromonitoring held their bi-annual, two-day Continuing Education Weekend Training Conference at the DoubleTree Hotel in Dallas, Texas.
The 2016 winter session featured Peguy Luma, CNIM, and James Blaylock, CNIM, presenting various topics including IONM techniques with case studies. Justin Silverstein, DHSc, CNIM, considered a leader in the IONM field, covered several topics including Blood Supply.
The AXIS Billing and Coding Department was enlightened by a full day of billing and coding regulations and best practices by Maxine Collins, MBA, CPA, CMC, CMOM, CMIS, consultant/faculty at the Practice Management Institute. IONM topics such as “Screen Shots: How to Calculate Time” were covered by Thomas Crosier, CNIM and Vice President of AXIS Neuromonitoring. Justin Silverstein DHSc, presented to the department, as well.
Every year AXIS holds the bi-annual, two-day training conference with alternating years in Houston and Dallas. The winter session is held in January and the summer session in July.
AXIS has hosted their Continuing Education Weekend Conferences since 2011.
