What exactly does that mean?
The AXIS Patient Care Advocate Team answers questions about neuromonitoring, discusses patient concerns, assists with insurance, and generally lends their expertise to help answer the many questions that may come up before or after a surgery. They patiently explain the process, and they field all the questions that patients can ask of them. Most importantly, they listen.

Each patient receives a call from a member of the AXIS Patient Care Advocate Team prior to his or her surgery to answer any questions the patient might have. After the surgery, the team calls again -- this time to find out how the patient is doing, answer any further questions, and also find out how AXIS can improve to help them. Meanwhile, patients are always welcome to call the team directly.
