It’s too soon to panic over the future of the ACA

Healthcare in the US, not just the Affordable Care Act, is complicated.
MACRA, for example, is a 300-page document. CMS released their implementation plan for MACRA, and that document is 1,000 pages.
Set to go into effect by 2019, only 20 percent of physicians claim to even be somewhat familiar with the rules and regulations within these 1,300 pages of documentation.
Needless to say, reform will take some careful planning and even more time.
